Attorney Profile
Brandon J. Wright joined the firm in 2024. He earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Grand Valley State University in 2018. He received his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Wayne State University Law School in 2022.
Brandon was admitted to the Michigan bar in 2022. He represents and advises public-sector and private-sector unions in labor matters and represents and advises individual workers in employment matters.
During law school, he worked as a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow with the UAW International Union, externed with the Sugar Law Center for Economic & Social Justice, and practiced as a student attorney in the Law School’s Immigration and Asylum Law Clinic. He also externed with the Federal Community Defender for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a recipient of the Marilyn J. Kelly Public Interest Endowed Scholarship, among others, as well as the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Externship Student Award.
Before joining the firm, Brandon worked in the non-profit sphere, providing direct legal services to indigent clients. Through this and his clinical experience, he resolved to make his clients’ dignity the cornerstone of his passion and practice.
